Who is responsible
tictactoe100.com is run by PLAY100. This policy covers tictactoe100.com only; play100.io has its own. For questions about this page, write to [email protected].
What you don't have to give us
You can play without signing up. We never ask for your name, email address, password or payment details. The only time we receive an email address is when you write to us yourself.
What the game saves on your device
The game keeps these values in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device, and the game does not send them to a server.
| Name | What it holds |
|---|---|
t100.level | The computer level you picked last |
t100.muted | Whether the sound is on or off |
t100.score.cpu.<level> | Your score against the computer, one for each level |
t100.score.2p | The score of the 2 Players mode |
To remove them, clear this site's data in your browser settings (often called "cookies and site data"). This also resets your scores to zero.
Analytics and share buttons
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It sees which pages are opened, roughly where from, and which browser and device are used, and it uses cookies or similar identifiers to do so. The same Google Analytics property counts visits on every PLAY100 site. The embeddable game frame does not load it.
We also use ShareThis share buttons. ShareThis loads a script from its own servers and may set its own cookies.
Google and ShareThis each have their own privacy policy for the data they handle.
Consent in Europe and the UK
We use Google Consent Mode v2. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage is switched off (denied) by default, so Google Analytics does not set its cookies for them. We have not added a cookie banner yet, so those visitors can't switch it on for now. When we add one, it will use a consent management platform certified by Google, and we will update this page. Visitors elsewhere are counted by default; you can stop this by blocking analytics in your browser.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs with your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type. We use them to keep the site secure and to fix errors.
Your rights in the EU and UK
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to use these rights.
Your rights in California
Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents can ask what personal information we collect, ask us to delete it, and opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". Email us to use these rights. We don't treat anyone differently for using them.

Children
PLAY100 makes its sites for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
